COVID-19 | To accommodate our customers, we have reduce the minimum purchase costs to $50 for an indefinite period to take advantage of free delivery.
- FREE DELIVERY anywhere in Canada on orders of $50 and over before taxes.
- Delivery charges throughout Quebec : Fixed amount of $12 (plus taxes) to be added to orders under $50 before taxes.
- Delivery charges elsewhere in Canada : Fixed amount of $15 (plus taxes) to be added to orders under $50 before taxes.
- US and international delivery charges: Call us at 1-888-492-9673 to make an arrangement.
We ship within 24 to 48 business hours via Canada Post. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 3 to 7 business days of shipment. In case of a slowdown in service at Canada Post, these times frames are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing us with a valid and complete address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address unless this is our mistake. If your order has already been shipped, you will be charged $25 for redirecting your package. If you do not retrieve your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged $15. Shipping costs are not reimbursable.
Exchange & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. We undertake to refund you or replace the product at our expense. If an error has inadvertently occurred with your order, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 1-888-492-9673 or by email at [email protected] to make an arrangement. In the case of a defective product, we may ask for a picture of the product in question. Promotions: If you placed an online order within 5 days of a new promotion being posted, you may contact us before the end of the promotion to take advantage of it. However, if the total amount (before taxes and after discounts) does not reach the minimum amount required to qualify for free delivery (see above), the shipping costs will be deducted from the discount. In the case of a gift, only the person who made the purchase can request an exchange or refund, in collaboration with the person to whom the products were offered. Gift certificates are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Transportation and handling costs, if applicable, are not reimbursable. Please note that items purchased at one of our four stores can only be exchanged of refunded in-store.
Products appearing on our website are always available unless otherwise specified. Additional delivery time may be required if an item is out of stock. In that case, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may then choose to either cancel your order in part or in full or allow for reasonable additional time.
The information on our website is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. In case of discrepancy between the prices on the website and those posted in our Quai des Bulles stores, the in-store prices will prevail.
Quai des Bulles is located in Quebec. The functional currency of the company is the Canadian dollar. As such, the prices of our products are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
