All of our products are manufactured from natural, biodegradable raw materials: oils cold pressed, kosher or organic, dried grasses, plants extracts, emulsifiers, thickeners or natural preservatives, essential oils of therapeutic quality, Shea tree equitable butters, and highly ventilated clay. Several of our ingredients are also of regional origin: the essential oil of fir trees or cedars, micronized algae from Gaspésie, wild roses, and beeswax…

The Quai des Bulles is involved in high value-added initiatives: the active research for ingredients of vegetable origin and the production of top quality natural products intended for the care of the body. Total Commitment to Product Quality
Today, the evolution in plants transformation cannot be conceived any more without research and technology. That requires vigilance and total commitment: farmer to the supplier, the supplier to the transformer, transformer to the customer. With an objective to manage the total process, Quai des Bulles conceived a complete, single minded solution that integrates all stages of the creation of a natural product, and to be involved in each step of the way from the selection of materials to the finished goods, that with a deep commitment to the customer.
Controlled Production Process
With quality being the corner stone of Quai des Bulles, the Company chose to control the complete manufacturing process. Saponification, extraction, maceration, filtration, concentration; all the processes used are under the strict control of the Company’s manufacturing process and quality policies.
Innovative Products
All Quai des Bulles soaps are manufactured starting with cold pressed bran rice oil. This elixir which is embedded in each grain of rice is the richest in vitamin E of all vegetable oils. Moreover, it has exceptional restructuring properties and fights the harmful, free and radical effects that are responsible for coetaneous ageing. As it is rich in essential fatty acids, it contributes to the hydration of the skin; it is also rich in oligo elements and mineral salts. It supports the micro cutaneous circulation, acts as a sebaceous secretion and protects from the ultraviolet rays.
Ecological manufacturing processes
Upstream and downstream, the manufacturing process is entirely ecological. The process of cold saponification decreases energy spending by more than 95% and at the same time it does not create any waste for the environment. As there is no heating in the process, 100% of the glycerine produced during saponification remains in the paste of the soap for the greatest pleasure for the skin. The long drying process at an ambient air temperature (30 days), allows the natural hardening of the soap without any synthetic product additives, and ensuring 100% biodegradability.
